Peitzsche, Ronald Edward – Age 74 of Canso, NS. The family is sad to announce that Ronald Edward Peitzsche died peacefully on Wednesday, December 29, 2021 in the Eastern Memorial Hospital, Canso. Ronald was born in Canso; he was a son of the late William Leander and Helen (Gallagher) Peitzsche. Ronald was a long-time resident of Canso, after graduating from NSIT to become an electrician for over 4 decades. He loved to play baseball and played in a variety of leagues in his younger years, watched hockey, play cards and have good laughs with his friends and family. Ronald is survived by his daughter; Tiffany, son; Tim (Kimberley), grandson; Reece and sister; Elaine (Art). Besides his parents, Ronald was predeceased by his wife; E. Veronica, brothers; Terry, Junior, Tony and Cary. A funeral mass will be held at a later date due to Covid 19 restrictions. Preceding date to follow in the near future. As per Ronald’s request memorial donations may be made in memory of him and his late wife, whom he loved dearly to Ronald and Veronica Peitzsche to the Fanning Education Centre Breakfast Program, Hazel Hill or to St. Paul’s United Church, Canso.
