CLYKE, Cecil Lelo- 80, Antigonish, formerly of Sunnyville, Guysborough, Co. died Monday, January,21,2008 in the R.K. MacDonald Nursing Home, Antigonish. Born in Sunnyville ,he was a son of the late Edward and Ida Clyke. Cecil was a retired laborer as well as an avid hunter, known for his keen ability to hit any target. He is survived by daughters Helen, Dianne, Betty, Margaret, Elaine, Lillian; son Douglas; sisters Bessie (Steve) Pelley, Guysborough, Lillian Desmond, Upper Big Tracadie; brothers Aubrey (Christine), Sunnyville, Arthur, Toronto, On., Earl (Quenta), Dartmouth, Fraser, Nova Scotia; several extended family members. He was predeceased by brothers Meryl, Walter and sister Ann. There will be no visitation by Cecil’s request. A graveside service will be held at a later date with burial in Evergreen Cemetery, Guysborough. Memorial donations may be made to the R.K. MacDonald Nursing Home.
