BORDEN, Aubrey Theodore "Teddy" - 52, Antigonish, went home to be with his Lord and Saviour on Monday, July 23, 2007. Born in Lincolnville, Guysborough Co., he was a son of Elsie (Borden) Morris, Lincolnville, and the late Robert Lee (New Glasgow).
Teddy was a very talented mechanic, always there to share his talents with friends and family. Ted had a passion for life, family, friends and cars (having been a mechanic).
Teddy is survived by his loving partner, Cindy Williams, Antigonish; former wife, Kandy Pelly, Antigonish; stepfather, Russell Morris, Lincolnville; sons, Aubrey Borden Jr., Antigonish; J.D. Morris, Halifax; Jason Morris, Halifax; Marvin Morris, Halifax; daughter, Lorna Gero, Truro; brothers, Ken Jones, Havre Boucher; Donnie Borden, Halifax; Larry Borden, Sydney; chosen brothers, Basil MacLellan and Roger MacLellan, both of Antigonish; sister, Debbie Reddick, Lincolnville; chosen sister, Charlotte Morgan, Halifax; seven grandchildren; special nephew, Deaunte MacLellan. He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, William and Mary Rose Borden. V
isitation will be held 7-9 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in Lincolnville Community Centre. Funeral service will be held Friday, July 27, at 2 p.m. in Tracadie United Baptist Church, Rev. Elaine Walcott officiating. Burial in Sunnyview Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Lung Association of Nova Scotia (COPD Research) or Tracadie United Baptist Church Building Fund.
