Campbell, Jason Blair It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jason Blair Campbell, age 45 of Centreville, Inverness County. Jason was a son of John Murdock and Tena (Bennett) Campbell. Jason was a miner his whole life, of which he was very proud of.
Jason is survived by his sister, Jo-Ann (Brian); his brother, John Bradley (Diane); nieces and nephews, Colten, Matthew, Tyler James, Haylee Dawn, Nathan Kole, Keaven and Ava; several aunts, uncles, grandaunts, granduncles, numerous cousins and his goddaughter Kaylee. Jason was predeceased by his infant son, Brodie James; sisters, Jesslyn, Jennifer and Suzanne; grandparents, Neil Dan and Margaret Campbell and Lewis and Pearl Bennett.
Please have your vaccination card ready and with you when you are arriving for a visitation and funeral service. If you are exempt from having a vaccine, you will need to show proof from either a Doctor or Nurse Practitioner. Face masks and coverings are still required.
Visitation will be 2-5 p.m. and 6-8 p.m., Friday, October 8 in Dennis Haverstock Funeral Chapel, Whycocomagh. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, October 9 from Stewart United Church, Whycocomagh with Jennifer Billard officiating. Burial to follow in Skye Glen Cemetery. Donations may be made in memory of Jason to Mental Health Foundation of Nova Scotia (https://www.mentalhealthns.ca/donate), Skye Glen Cemetery or a charity of your choice.
