I had the great pleasure of becoming a friend with Murray through my brother Gary who was great friends with his son Brian and father Murray! Have found memories of watching Super Bowls on Mount Edwarrd road and with daughter Heather and Mike in Waverly. Gary brought me to West Bay and spent many a night when we were on the road travelling to Sydney, and always on Tuesday night for darts with Murray and Calder. Great person who was always welcoming to his house. You can tell the quality of the man he was by his children who were all great people. My condolences to all the family!!

Sorry to read about Murray's passing. It has been some time since knowing Less and Murray at Tech, but some people one remembers even through the many years of seperate lives. Hello Christine Through another mutual friend that attended Mt. Allison I am saddened to hear of Murry's passing.Even though I have not been in contact with Murray since our years together at Mt. A I consider him ,along with Les,some of my very best friends.It has only been in the past couple of years that I made contact with Les and through him had Murry's email and was hoping to pay a visit when passing near West Bay on the way to visit family in NS as the pandemic passed. One of the memories I have of our friendship occurred around this time of year about 1961 or 1962.I am also from Cape Breton and on our Easter break from Mt. A the boys invited me to spend a few days at home with them in West Bay.I recall that their mother cooked a wonderful turkey dinner and one night we all went to a square dance. I wish to pass on to you and your familymy deepest condolence. Very best regards,Wally Skinner
