First my sincere apologies for such a late post, but I was away and just saw this. My sincere condolences to Pearl's family at this devastating time in your lives. Loosing a parent is the most devastating time in our lives. Pearl came into my life in 1958, and we have remained friends ever since, a span of 67 years. She was every bit the lady her obituary says and and now she is at rest in our Lord's care, God Bless her soul and to each of her family. Sincerely , Phil George. My sincere condolences to pearls family, I didn’t know pearl personally but talked to her on the phone when she called to talk to Stan as he boarded at my home in Truro. She seemed like a lovely lady and I felt like I knew her forever just talking on the phone and hearing Stan talk so lovingly about his sister pearl! May she rest easy in gods arms!

Sincere condolences to Pearl’s family. I didn’t know Pearl but she was my 2nd cousin. Her father, Fredrick Graham Horton was my Mom’s first cousin. My Mom was Marion Horton, born in Canso, daughter of Hiram & Henrietta Horton. She was the youngest of eleven siblings including Lloyd ,John (Jack), and Jean. Marion Horton married Alex Miller and they had eleven children, the oldest being born around the time of Pearl’s birth -1938. My siblings and Pearl’s siblings are second cousins.
